The scent of our Vermouth is very aromatic and intense thanks to notes of artemisia, cinnamon, vanilla bean, yarrow, orange and mace, while the taste is pleasant with a persistent and more intense aftertaste of chincona, gentian and quassia.
Vermouth Rouge
Red wine infused with herbs and spices of the region, today it is still prepared according to ancient formulas and traditional craft methods where time is the master: only the respect of the right infusion and mixing times for each spice will lead to a harmonious and effective product. It is persistent and full-bodied on the palate . Ideal to enjoy pure, with ice and lemon zest or tonic water, it is essential as a basis for the most classic cocktails, especially Negroni. Perfect in addition to Gin Cup and Cappelletti Aperitivo.
Vermouth Blanc
White wine infused with alpine herbs and spices. Today it is still prepared according to ancient formulas and traditional craft methods where time is the master: only the respect of the right infusion and mixing times for each spice will lead to a harmonious and effective product. On the palate it is elegantly sweet and delicate. Vermouth Blanc, drunk fresh and pure, leaves a fantastic sweet but fresh taste. Also ideal as an aperitif, or accompanied with dessert. It is perfect for cocktails like Martini and Negroni Bianco with ice, lemon zest or tonic water
