Apprehending how a bitter liqueur is made, which herbs are used during the production process and how how they become the blissful liqueur you’ll taste are only few of the secrets you’ll discover while visiting the “winery” Cappelletti. The scent of plants and roots will escort you during this path: it’s a pleasure for the eye and for the nose and represents the history of a family begun almost 120 years ago.
This history already depicts the background of our daily life, of our taste and flavors changing over the years. You’ll be able to understand these differencies through the variety of our bitter liqueurs and aperitifs beverages. You won’t miss the illustration of the Grappa Trentina, one of the products we offer since the beginning of our enterprise.
Tours will begin with a welcome drink, during which you’ll know more about the history of our enterprise and our family Cappelletti: four generations of a family leading the company until today.
A deep experience for your senses will follow: a visit to the winery, the tanks and the old presses still operating, everything surrounded by the scent of herbs, spices and roots infusions.
A final tasting will follow in the new shop.
